the front staff displayed a cute attitude and assisted with my postcard. i found the breakfast to be a good start to the morning, although simple. the hotel is central to transport options, providing access to various areas. the room offered sufficient space for two people with luggage, which i appreciated.

The hotel had no bottled water in the room. Instead, there were water fountains on each floor.

I liked the location. It has proximity to City Hall station, Namdaemun market, and Myeongdong. The hotel offered amenities, including a gym and a water refilling station. Laundry and eating areas were available for guest use. I appreciated that the location is near Myeongdong. It offered easy access for shopping and food.

The hotel did not have water bottles in the rooms.

The staff was friendly, and they had English-speaking staff stationed at the reception desk. Staff members immediately provided body wash when I requested it. The staff gave good service and they were very accommodating.

The room provided ample space with many drawers and available hangers. I appreciated the provided bathtub and hairdryer. That meant fewer items to pack. A HUGE plus was the availability of a dryer and washer, even though there was a small fee per use. I found the hotel's location near main attractions VERY helpful.

I noticed a slight inconvenience. They did not offer room service for emptying trash.

Numerous fine dining establishments are conveniently located around the hotel. Guests have several choices for enjoying meals, with many eateries available nearby. This made it easy to find diverse cuisines. Two 7-Eleven stores are also very close by.

Rooms feature many lighting options plus generous storage. Each room has a ring doorbell. TV channels include MBC, SBS, Mnet and more. There is a getting-ready shelf with a mirror, very useful to organize my things.

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Myeongdong and close to Namdaemun Market. City Hall Station is a short walk from the hotel, VERY convenient. Subway Line 1 is one stop from station. The airport limousine drops you by City Hall Plaza, a short walk away.

The reception staff speak English. They are very helpful and lovely. Staff provide new towels daily. Rooms are cleaned upon request by the guests. I did appreciate the friendly and efficient service, VERY important to me.
